So two weeks ago I received my first iPhone and of course after all of this excitement I thought I needed a cute case to go along with it. The case I chose was the Kiki Kitten iPhone case. I've seen it on sites like tumblr and wanelo before and I absolutely adored it. But overall, I did have some minor problems with the case.
The site I bought it from is called coolpencilcase.com I have received items from here before and I find it a reliable site. You can buy the case here for $16.65 + shipping. It is only available for iPhones 4/4s and it comes in red, lime green, and a light pink. I, of course, purchased the light pink. I have found the same case on sites like eBay in different colors though, so you can check there too.
Once I opened the package, the case came in this super cute zipper bag! Most of the labels are in Korean and I love the shape of the bag too. I kept it, even though I have no idea what I'll do it, but it's just too cute to pass up.

Once I took the case out of the bag, I realised that it also held a small card with directions of how to use the case's lock button (the kitten's head). The directions said that you could either push the kitten's head forward or backwards to lock or unlock your phone.
Once on my phone, I took a good look at the case. The case is made from silicone and seems pretty sturdy. I absolutely loved the design and I did not think that the kitten is too big or gets in the way. I also have extremely small hands so I found this as a plus.

Now here comes my main issue with the phone case; the lock button. After having the case for almost a week, this problem is almost fixed, but I did find it a huge bother at first. As stated before, the kitten completely covers the lock button, so one has to push down or pull back on the kitten to lock/unlock their phone. When I first tried this, it would hold down on the lock button for too long, and continue to ask me to shut down. Also, while I was talking on the phone, the case would occasionally lock itself and end the call.

I luckily was able to almost completely fix the problem. I have been stretching the case out so the kitten's grip is not as tight on my phone. This has been working fairly well and has no t at all damaged the rest of the case. The only time the case will occasionally ask me if I want to shut my phone down is when it is in my pocket or I keep it in my bookbag.
Overall, I would rate the case a 6/10. I adore the design and I believe the case to be quite durable. My main concern is with the lock button.
